DESCRIPTION:Join us at Exploration of Flight for a presentation by Steve Steinberger about the Japanese Fu-Go balloon attack on the United States during World War II. This secretive assault was the only lethal attack on Continental United States’ soil during the war. \nPre-Purchase Tickets \nSteve Steinberger is a retired Systems Engineer from Lockheed Martin and a 12 year “Air Force Missile Man” veteran. He also served for 10 years as a part time adjunct faculty professor at the University of Denver\, teaching Telecommunications\, Network Technology and Information Assurance classes. He is a former Mission Pilot with the Civil Air Patrol and now spends his volunteer time at Wings Over Rockies Exploration of Flight. His additional interests are 20th Century history and he routinely offers presentations on historical subjects of interest.
