Join us on the third Saturday of the month for a plane spotting adventure. Participants will learn about the different parts of an airplane and how airports work. Then it’s off to the tarmac to spot real planes in action – watch them take off\, land and soar through the skies at Centennial Airport! \nWings’ Members: Sign in to receive 50% off tickets!\nDoors open at 10:20 a.m. Program begins promptly at 10:35 a.m. \nSupported by:\n \nThis program is designed for children aged 3-6 years old and their guardians. Siblings are welcome to participate. Adults must accompany children at all times. All attendees must purchase a program ticket; general admission to Exploration of Flight is included with program ticket. A significant portion of this activity takes place outdoors on the tarmac. The featured aircraft of this event is the B-25J Mitchell WWII bomber “Yellow Rose”. The B-25 will be joined by a SPAD XIII flying WWI replica from the Vintage Aero Flying Museum. Marvel at the evolution in aviation between the two World Wars. \nAircraft tours are included with admission and will be offered when the plane is not flying or being moved on the ramp.
