A World of Aerospace Adventure!

At Air & Space Summer Camp, your camper will be immersed in a week-long aerospace experience. Our in-person camps cover STEAM-related subjects for elementary and middle schoolers. Take a trip to Mars, fly drones, learn about deep space travel and a whole lot more!

Dates & Hours:
Offered Weekly:  June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Ages:
All camps are open to students ages 8-12.

Locations:
Air & Space Museum – Lowry
Exploration of Flight – Centennial Airport

Camp Pricing*:
$399 for a week per camper

After Camp Care Pricing:
$125 per week from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

*Camp discounts are available and some partial scholarships may be available.

Advanced Aspiring Aviators

at Exploration of Flight

Designed for students who have already participated in Aspiring Aviators, Skyward or other flight camps, this advanced class focuses on in-depth knowledge about becoming a professional pilot.

Registration Information

Hours*:
Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
After camp care is available 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
*No before camp care available.

Required Forms:

Parent Manual: Please read prior to completing forms.

Parent/guardian(s) must fill out and submit the following forms for each camper:
Emergency Form and Waiver of Liability
Certificate of Immunization

Please bring completed forms to the first day of your registered camp.

FAQ

Is lunch provided?

No. Please pack a lunch and water bottle for your camper.

Where do we drop off?

At the Air & Space Museum (Lowry), please drop off/pick up campers outside the “Main Classroom” door on the west side of Hangar 1 (follow the driveway between the large B-52 aircraft and “Rocket Ice Cream”). In the event of inclement weather, drop off/pick up will be inside the main classroom.

At Exploration of Flight (Centennial Airport), please drop off/pick up campers at front door area. In the event of inclement weather, drop off/pick up will be inside the hangar.

Is before and/or after camp day care provided?

After camp care is available from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at both locations.
Before care is not available.

Are vaccinations required?

Vaccinations are strongly encouraged, but not required.

Are there any field trips?

No. However, campers at the Air & Space Museum (Lowry) may walk to the Lowry Sports Park, City of Ulaanbaatar Park or Great Lawn Park for activities and lunch, weather permitting.

Campers at Exploration of Flight (Centennial Airport) may have the opportunity for airport tours at Centennial Airport using airport facilitated van transportation.
