Immerse Your Student In Aerospace

Wings Aerospace Exploration Program focuses on skills and experiences that prepare participants in grades 6-12 for careers in aerospace and beyond.

The program is centered on hands-on, experiential learning in a real-world context that allows students to find out, first hand, what it takes to succeed in the aerospace industry. The skills learned, such as teamwork, problem solving, design thinking and applied technology reach beyond aerospace and are required in many career fields.

This is an enrichment program, which means families need to find an academic program that fulfills the needs of their children. Some families homeschool their children, others are enrolled in online school, and others are a part of hybrid and/or traditional “brick and mortar” schools that allow students to be released one day per week for our Hangar Days.

Learning opportunities include:

  • Building and operating RC airplanes
  • Aerospace Technology
  • Drones and robotics
  • 3D Printing
  • Engineering Design
  • Coding
  • Rocketry
  • And more!

Wings Aerospace Exploration is an enrichment program that complements but does not take the place of a regular education program.
