The Air & Space Museum in Denver is closed today, Friday, June 14. Plan your next visit. 


Wings Over the Rockies Museum has a world-class research library consisting of books, periodicals, photographs, brochures, clippings, manuals, documents, and scrapbooks. We make this amazing collection available to people performing research on a wide variety of projects.

Use of the library is by appointment only, from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Send an email outlining your request to the Collections Manager: Someone will get back to you within five business days.

Donations to Collections

If you have items related to aviation or space exploration that you would consider donating to the museum, please contact our Collections Manager by email or telephone.

You need to be the legal owner of the materials you offer for donation.

The museum cannot provide any appraisals or valuations.

In addition to aircraft and spacecraft, Wings Over the Rockies Museum holds an extensive collection of items related to aviation and aerospace history, including artifacts, documents, scrapbooks, models, uniforms, flight gear, photographs, books, periodicals, brochures, clippings, manuals, and tools.
