No Firearms or Weapons Policy
It is Wings Over the Rockies™ policy to restrict the presence of weapons at both locations of the organization – the Air & Space Museum at Lowry and the Exploration of Flight campus at Centennial Airport. This policy applies to all employees and volunteers of WINGS, guests, and vendors.

Photography Policy
Wings Over the Rockies may photograph or videotape visitors for educational and promotional purposes. Attendance on Wings property implies consent for the use of visitors’ likenesses for marketing purposes.

Privacy Policy
Wings Over the Rockies is committed to protecting your privacy. The Privacy Policy describes the processing of Personal Information that is provided, collected, or shared through our website, or other platforms that link to this Privacy Policy, or that is otherwise provided to, or collected by us when you visit the Air & Space Museum or participate in our other in-person experiences, and in connection with the products and services we offer. The Privacy Policy also describes your choices about the collection, sharing, and use of your Personal Information. By using Wings’ Site and Services, you agree to be bound by the Wings Over the Rockies Privacy Policy outlined below.

Whistleblower Policy
Wings Over the Rockies requires board of directors, officers and employees to observe the highest standards of business and personal ethics. Employees and representatives of Wings Over the Rockies must practice honesty and integrity while fulfilling their duties and responsibilities by complying with all applicable laws, policies and regulations. The Whistleblower Policy is designed to encourage and enable anyone to raise concerns or complaints so that Wings Over the Rockies can address and correct inappropriate actions and conduct.
Complaints may be submitted anonymously by clicking here or calling 833-761-6507.
Reasonable efforts will be made to protect the confidentiality and anonymity of the complainant and retaliation is prohibited against any individual who submitted a Whistleblower complaint in good faith.
Complaints are reviewed and investigated, as appropriate and necessary, by Wings Over the Rockies’ Chief Financial Officer, Director of Accounting or Human Resources and the President/CEO, or the Board of Directors, or the Finance, Audit & Budget Committee will be kept appraised of the investigation and outcome.
