Wingsphere Planetarium
Imagine bringing the wonders of space right to your doorstep! Wingsphere™ is a mobile planetarium from Wings Over the Rockies™ that delivers a 360-degree, fully immersive experience designed to increase scientific literacy while making learning exciting and memorable. This portable and affordable experience brings high-quality space education directly to schools, community centers and events.
Our programming aligns with STEAM education standards, ensuring that students gain valuable knowledge in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. Content meets Colorado and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). Supported by Wings’ expert education team, we make learning about the cosmos exciting and accessible for everyone. Whether you’re in the classroom or at a local event, we’re here to inspire curiosity and ignite a passion for space exploration!

Wingsphere Programs
Price: $400 per session (up to three hours or three consecutive classes)
In order for the Wingsphere to properly fit in your space, please review the following specifications and requirements:
- The Wingsphere footprint is 6 meters (approx. 20’) and must have clear passageway on all sides
- Must be in a large gymnasium with minimum 12’ clearance in height
- Bleachers pulled back if possible
- Clean floors
- Access to electricity
- The maximum capacity of Wingsphere is 20-25 people
