Wings Over the Rockies™ is dedicated to educating and inspiring people about the past, present and future of aerospace. We strive to create a welcoming environment for all, removing barriers to access and fostering an atmosphere of respect. We appreciate and celebrate the unique identities, perspectives and talents of our guests, staff, volunteers, board and community members. Our goal is to build a more inclusive and supportive community at Wings.

Our Initiatives

• Curating exhibits to include more diverse stories
• Constantly improving Accessibility for Your Visit
• Providing Recite Me assistive technology on our website
• Providing Spanish and American Sign Language interpreters for groups upon requests. Requests must be made two weeks in advance of the tour. Requests can be made in the “Additional Comments” box of the Tour Submission form. 
• Offering audio and virtual tours available in English and Spanish
• Cultivating an inclusive and supportive workplace and culture where everyone feels valued and respected
