All are invited to look up and explore the universe on our tarmac and get the best view of Uranus as it sits directly opposite the Sun from Earth.

Experience*:

• Learn about the importance of night skies courtesy of the Denver Astronomical Society
• Use telescopes and astrophotography equipment to get a unique glimpse at the stars
• Chat with the Planetary Science Institute
• Hear from Dark Sky Colorado on preserving dark sites through responsible lighting policies
• Participate in planet-themed crafts, activities and games
• Hear special talks from experts in our classroom at 6 and 7 p.m.

Be sure to bring your foldable chairs, warm blankets and personal telescopes because this is a planet party you don’t want to miss!
