About the Foundation

The Foundation is a key partner in helping students understand the vast number of opportunities aviation has to offer when pursuing a career in aviation – such as pilot, engineer, technician, designer, and maintenance personnel, to name a few.

In addition, the foundation strives to acquire grants from private and public entities to help Colorado youth from all walks of life obtain opportunities in aviation.

Fundraising efforts help to ensure the legacy of Captain Jeppesen lives on by telling his life story to the public in the Jeppesen Terminal at Denver International Airport through DIA’s Jeppesen Foundation exhibits and providing interactive aviation education opportunities for children and adults while at DIA.
