The invasion is about to begin! Join us to see various types of warbirds on static display at Wings Over the Rockies™ Exploration of Flight. Featured aircraft will include a USAF O2-A, Boeing Stearman, 1943 Beechcraft 18 UC-45J/SNB-5 “Sonoran Beauty”, Yakovlev Yak-52 and more!* Get up close to these incredible machines, meet the pilots who fly them, and enjoy games, activities and live music by Bianca and the Flyboys.

Don’t miss special guest speaker, Bill Scott, author of the biography “Earthquake: Brigadier General Robert F. Titus”. He will give a short presentation about the book followed by a Q&A and book signing.**

Fighter Pilot | Test Pilot | Leader

William B. (Bill) Scott is a Flight Test Engineer (FTE) graduate of the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School and a licensed commercial pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings. In 12 years of military and civilian flight testing, plus evaluating aircraft for Aviation Week over 22 years, he logged approximately 2,000 hours of flight time on 81 aircraft types. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.

Bill retired as the Rocky Mountain Bureau Chief for Aviation Week & Space Technology, following a 22-year career with the international magazine. He is a full-time author and consultant.
