Our newest exhibit Space: A Journey to our Future opens on Saturday, September 21!

Get ready for lift-off! Prepare to be inspired and amazed as you journey through the wonders of the universe. In this immersive exhibit you can touch actual rocks from the lunar surface and the red planet, take a spin on a centrifuge, get up-close to artifacts from the space program and much more!

Join us in the Harrison Ford Theater at 11:00 a.m. for a Speaker Series presentation from former NASA Astronaut Steve Lindsey! Learn more.

Be sure to visit the Museum Store for special space-themed items and unique gifts!

Space: A Journey to our Future is included in the price of museum admission and is presented in collaboration with NASA. The exhibit is limited-time and the last day to see it at the Air & Space Museum is April 13, 2025.

Join us at the Air & Space Museum to hear from guest speaker Astronaut Steve Lindsey about flying the Space Shuttle! Lindsey will share his background and his experiences as an astronaut for NASA. He will discuss STS-133, the final flight of the Space Shuttle Discovery which he commanded, and share a video of the mission.
